North Carolina Pro-Life Democrats Announce Their New Website

North Carolina Pro-Life Democrats are proud to announce the birth of their new website:

Months in the planning, this new website offers news, resources, and membership information at the click of a mouse. Individuals interested in an association with fellow pro-life North Carolinians of the Democratic persuasion will be heartened by this new avenue for communication. The North Carolina Pro-Life Democrats (NC PLD) website was designed by Eric Gruber of pixel saloon located in Lawrence, Kansas. (pixelsaloon.com)
Christa Carter, Secretary for NC PLD states, "After all the work that has gone into making our presence known, the addition of an official website is a great step forward. We are truly opening the doors to those pro-life Democrats who still think they're alone."
Kathy Hough, one of the founding members of NC PLD adds "I'm hoping that this website will help us get our message out there-being pro-life is consistent with the values of our Democratic Party."
Similar sentiments were expressed by fellow board member Ray McKinnon, "I am extremely delighted that we have launched our website. My hope is that the launch will get our message out to a greater audience and they will know that there are pro-life Democrats in this state and the nation."
The words of one of NC PLD's officers seems to sum up the feelings of everyone involved in the project-"…beautiful. Just beautiful."

Please call the speaker of the NC House, Joe Hackney, at (919) 733-3451 and the President Pro-Tempore of the NC Senate, Marc Basnight at (919) 733 6854 to ask them to allow the citizens of our state the opportunity to purchase a "Choose Life" license plate. The money raised by the sale of the plate would help fund crisis pregnancy centers.
